Ondrej Doubek - The Human Element in Cyber Resilience

Leaning on the ""7 Cs of Resilience"" proposed by Dr. Kenneth Ginsburg, this talk explores how whether an organization emerges from a crisis intact depends first and foremost on the emotional and mental resilience of the crisis responders, i.e. on people more than technology.

It shows how that resilience is built through preparation and rehearsal- with technical capabilities being a result of that process, not a substitute for human resilience.

To lighten the talk it makes some loose comparisons to a 10-day bicycle backpacking trip through Finland.
