2M-IT Oy was created in 2018 through the merger of two experienced publicly owned ICT companies. In total, we have twenty years of experience in developing Finnish sote-ict. We employ around 550 healthcare and ICT professionals. We have 19 offices across Finland.

Esko Systems

Esko Systems Oy is a non-profit in-house company owned by its customers. We enable public sector health and social care operators to create agile and affordable information system solutions that support everyday patient work.

The Esko patient information system consistently receives positive feedback for its ease of use and reliability. Esko has been repeatedly rated as the best patient information system in Finland in studies by the Finnish Medical Association.

Esko will be extended to cover primary health care and patient management functionalities in welfare areas. The future customer and patient information system (APTJ) will consist of the Esko patient information system and the social care and oral health customer information systems to be integrated into it.

Istekki

Our telecom customers are taking advantage of ever-evolving digital business opportunities with Qvantel's Flex BSS (Business Support Systems) platform. Our cloud-based system leverages microservices architecture, open software interfaces and virtualised infrastructure.

We employ around 850 people globally and have a remote/hybrid workforce in all 12 countries where we operate. In Finland, Qvantel has offices in Helsinki, Tampere and Jyväskylä.

Tuudo

Tuudo s a startup company from Oulu that produces a useful application for students, whose main task is to make students' study days easier. Tuudo started in 2015 as an internal project of the University of Oulu, from which we grew to help educational institutions nationwide. Our mission is to provide genuine benefit to students throughout their studies and at the same time lighten the administrative burden of educational institutions. Tuudo's team of around 25 people works at the offices in Oulu and Espoo.

Tuudo is currently used monthly by 145,000 students in more than 30 educational institutions around Finland. The group includes universities of applied sciences, universities and, as the latest addition, secondary education institutions. Tuuto's services are a versatile set of services that benefit students, educational institutions and student organizations. The most typical Tuudo consists of basic services that support students' everyday life, such as timetables, course reports, course and exam registration, news channels, campus maps, suitable jobs and internships for students, menus of campus restaurants and the service directory of the educational institution.
