The instructor and expert in this webinar is Hans-Bernd Kittlaus (InnoTivum, Germany). He is an internationally renowned expert on Software Product Management (SPM). He has been working as a trainer and a consultant for software organizations such as Samsung, Infosys, big and small software and internet companies, and corporate IT organizations in a number of different industries. Before this, he was head of SPM and development units of IBM. He is the chairman of ISPMA (International Software Product Management Association), and has published numerous articles and books.
