3rd Annual Women in Tech conference
3rd Annual Women in Tech conference
The CEPIS DiversIT Charter team cordially invites you to join us for our 3rd annual event. It will take place on 29 November 2022 from 11:00 to 14:00 Finnish Time online. This year we are gathering together to answer the question “Can we work together?” How can a multi-stakeholder approach help increase gender equality in tech?.
There are countless excellent initiatives, organisations and projects to promote gender equality in STEM, to attract girls and women to IT studies or careers, to up- and reskill women, and many more. However, we still have seen relatively little progress in terms of actual percentage increase of women employed in the tech sector. All the while, the tech talent gap remains one of the main obstacles in the path towards smooth digital transformation.
The purpose of this year’s event is to create a cross-sectoral dialogue and to provide our attendees with inspirational examples of success stories from collaboration between different stakeholders.
